Qvideo Downloader is a free tool. We do not monetize, we do not run ads, and we do not use cookies (including third-party cookies). This page explains what data is — and isn’t — processed when you use the app.

• Donations are optional; payments are handled by the donation platform you choose (e.g., Ko-fi). We don’t see your card/billing details.

2) Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or address when you use the app. We do not build profiles or track your activity across the web.

3) What Happens When You Use the Tool

When you paste a link and start a download, the app uses that URL solely to prepare a downloadable link for you. The URL is handled for that purpose only and is not retained or associated with any personal identity.

Technical note: When contacting public endpoints to prepare a download link, those services may receive standard technical information (e.g., your IP address and user-agent) in order to respond to your request. We do not add identifiers and we do not set cookies.

4) Local Runtime & Logs

The app runs locally on your device. We do not operate centralized cloud servers for the app and we do not receive your traffic.

The app does not write server logs for your requests. Public endpoints you choose to contact may generate their own logs under their respective privacy policies; we do not receive those logs.

5) Cookies & Local Storage

• Cookies: We do not set cookies.
• Third-party cookies: Not used.
• Local/session storage: Not used to store personal data.
• Push notifications / service workers: Not used.

6) Donations

Donations are optional and are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Ko-fi). Payment providers may collect personal and payment information to complete a transaction, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment details. We may receive limited information that you choose to share with the provider (e.g., display name, message, donation amount).

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites. Please review their policies before using them.

8) Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

• You can refrain from donations; the app remains fully free.
